We’re looking for a Capital Raiser to help attract investors and grow our capital base at LBC Capital Income Fund, LLC Income Fund, LLC, a firm specializing in innovative real estate investment and private lending solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Hunt, identify, and engage new clients, real estate investors, and broker relationships.
- Educate clients on Lending Bee’s hard money products and help them understand why we’re the best option in the market.
- Manage your sales pipeline like a pro—follow up relentlessly, move deals forward, and never leave opportunities on the table.
- Close deals quickly and efficiently, ensuring clients have a smooth, seamless lending experience.
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to guarantee seamless closings.
- Bring energy, creativity, and a competitive edge to every interaction.
Who You Are
- Proven sales experience, ideally in mortgages, hard money lending, private lending, or real estate finance.
- A track record of consistently hitting and exceeding quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales technologies to track pipeline and performance.
- Hungry for growth, revenue, and recognition.
